Objetivo: To identify and characterize differential genes, proteins, and metabolites in reserve tissues and inflorescence/berry tissues induced by the application of cytokinins (CKs) before anthesis in Vitis vinifera.

Descripción: Application of cytokinins (CK) to Vitis vinifera pre-anthesis induces molecular, biochemical, and physiological changes in starch metabolism in reserve tissues (roots and stems/canes) and sucrose transport. These changes provide energy to support modifications in inflorescence metabolism, resulting in improved harvest and postharvest quality.
